How to Get The Amnesty

Clear Cassidy's Shooting Challenge

During Nocturne Op55N1 , ask for Panam's help to unlock the We Gotta Live Together and continue her questline. The shooting challenge can only be triggered once you go to the southeast corner of the Nomad Camp and find Cassidy, who will reward you with Amnesty if you shoot at least 12 of the 16 bottles during his shooting challenge.

Both the Epic and Legendary crafting specs for Amnesty are automatically received after obtaining the weapon.
