Tier List Explanation

S Tier Skills

Skill	Explanation
Vulnerability Analytics	・Generally a great relic skill to get from the start. ・Exposes enemy weaknesses which improves overall damage, no matter what build the player is running. ・Improved with Machine Learning
Machine Learning	・Improves Vulnerability Analytics by introducing stacking crit damage while attacking weakspots ・Introduces new vulnerabilities while attacking the current vulnerability. ・Very good against bosses; weakpoint uptime is maintained.
Emergency Cloaking	・Really great way to confuse enemies during fights. ・Invisibility is very helpful for regrouping and rethinking about your strategies. ・Can be used to exit combat that you don't want to fight. ・Useful when trying to escape the police.
Jailbreak	・Straight up improves all Arm Cyberwares ・All the current capabilities of the cyberwares were taken up a notch ・All Arm Cyberwares are now more capable and can hold on their own.

A Tier Skills

Skill	Explanation
Data Tunneling	・Improves the Monowire by adding the capability to spread quickhacks across multiple enemies. ・Limited to just the Monowire, and enemies need to be hit simultaneously to spread the hack.
Sensory Protocol	・Works as a supplement to Emergency Cloaking. ・Only provides a safety net in case you get detected by enemies.
Limiter Removal	・Knocks down enemies with a charged Gorilla Arms. ・Very useful crowd control tool. ・Only works for the Gorilla Arms, and offers no increase in damage.
Spatial Mapping	・Only increases dismemberment chance and adds the capability to cripple enemies ・Leap Attack from Mantis Blades is required to cripple enemies ・Does not really increase the Mantis Blades' damage

B Tier Skill

Skill	Explanation
Launch Capacity Override	・Felt like a small upgrade for Projectile Launch Systems (PLS) ・Does not increase PLS' damage ・Great in maintaining uptime with projectile shots though
