Use Electrical Damage On the Kang Tao Operatives
The Kang Tao operatives are robots so they have a weakness to electrical damage. Any weapons or Quickhacks that deal electrical damage can take them out super quick.
Getting Hellman's Location
You can get Hellman's location right away by interrogating the man holding Mitch hostage. Simply say I just want Hellman,
then tell him I'm losing my patience.

This is the beginning of opportunites to romance Panam.
Offer to Share One Room
When she talks about sleeping in the motel, offer to share one room with her. She'll not reciprocate your advances however.
