Check the corpses near the bridge. Head further into the bridge to battle the cyberpsycho.

Look around the area. Just a little further north inside a container is a laptop you need to examine. Read the contents and then message Regina to end the gig.

Melee or Ranged Weapons

Melee You may use your blade or blunt weapons here to make sure the cyberpsycho doesn't get a chance to use his weapons.
Ranged Use your guns to take this guy apart from a distance. Use the covers nearby to safely aim from afar.

Best Choice

Best option will be to go melee. His ranged attacks take a while to charge and you can use that to your advantage. He can hit you from afar as well making ranged attacks a riskier option.
