The Merciless perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | This is a really useful perk to have as it allows critical hits to happen more often. |
This is a good skill to have and in combo with From The Shadows in the Ninjutsu perk tree, your critical chance spikes up and will definitely come more often. Just defeat one enemy in order to activate Cold Blood and along with the other perks in Cold Blood, this becomes a deadly weapon in your arsenal.
