    Agreed. Turned my legendary 3 slot trousers into a 2 slot and an epic 2 slot into no bloody slots at all! Another mindboggling glitch by the devs. Absolute jaw dropping incompetence.

    I get this after upgrading Johnny's clothing items. Upgrade from Rare to Epic and got 1, upgrade from Epic to legendary and got 3

    Obtained after scrapping items with the Waste Not Want Not perk - most likely a dev item for randomizing perk slots not intended for the player to obtain. Yet another bug, just put it away in your stash and marvel at it.

    will delete the mod slot its put in. not the current mod in the slot, no it will turn a 3 slot item into a 2 slot item.
