Poor suit guy only had 161 edies on him as I killed him after the quest was done.
Why is this quest not available to me? It's not appearing as "failed" quest neither...
You'll only get to know the details if you choose the Street Kid background. The cop will tell you that he put a girl (daughter of a friend) in a coma with a XBD, and that's why they're giving him a beating.
I had enough and he says nothing valuable. He had no idea what's goin on.
There is also an option for Reflexes to find out what actually was going on, but only had 5/8 or 5/9 so it was grayed out for me.
