Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Walkthrough Comments
Just came across it during Goodbye, Night City. In the safe. It popped up during one of many respawns trying to get the loose-fits with micro mesh thats supposed to be there. A legendary Kitana also spawned once for me here.
Where does it show up in this method????
I only got an epic headband not blue prints and need to be 25 level to wear.
If you don't blow up what looks like petrol tanks buy the turrets in front of open sign..you will have power.. and the basement will become accessble if you destroy in them there's no power to them.. check cams to basement and if it says on when you hover over the door then your good.. if not reload. Good luck.
If you get your crafting level to 18 you get the crafting recipe for this. In case you missed out on the drop mentioned in the other comments
I got it during Gig: Big Pete's Got Big Problems. It's in the "basement" part, inside the garage. It is originally where Big Pete is at. The only problem is that I can't get it as a Legendary Item, only Epic.
yes same. I already completed the mission -somehow i must have missed the item, however after returning to the location, there is no power to the basement door :(

Having the same issue. Haven’t been able to find any obvious fixes in the garage or any results online to fix this.
How do you get into the basement? The door doesn't have power
Can be obtained in the basement of "Autowerks" in the Badlands during or after Gig: Big Pete's Got Big Problems. Located towards south of map.
