How to Get the Tomahawk

Purchased From Shops

Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Tomahawk is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Tomahawk is available.

Tried it again, got two Legendary Tomahawks now. Can't get more than 3 slots each.

Found a Legendary and Rare Tomahawk together in a box in the basement during the mission called An Convenient Killer.
