Found legendary Shigure on gig Tiger and Vulture for Wakako bottom floor room unlocked by tech ability
Picked up from a dead scav that participated in the elevated footbridge shootout between scavs and animals in Pacifica (appears as improvised crime on minimap when nearby). This SMG was picked up at level 50, will max out at 503.0 DPS via upgrades and has no DPS variability, but can drop with different additional damage types.
Regular drop from random crime in Pacifica, atop a footbridge, between Animals and Scavs. Will drop in common, uncommon, rare or epic quality. Rare with one mod slot and Epic with two mod slots... DPS seems fixed, based on quality and character level, with no varying otherwise. Also regularly dropped (up to rare quality) by the hooded scav in the group of three in the NW corner of Nortside, near Konpeki plaza, if you're below level 35 and do not kill him first. Can appear up to Epic quality from what I've experienced. Regularly dropped by the human assault-type guards around Konpeki plaza with damage ratings dependent on your character's level. Dropped Shigure SMGs can/ will have the same number of mod slots as an M221 Saratoga of the same rarity. Modified rare variant pictured with XC-10 Alecto suppressor, Gimleteye scope and also has a countermass mod on it.
