I don't know if this is intentional, but after completing the quest by looking at her data shard the quest was later reactivated after any battle. It was then reactivated with a new prompt saying "Defeat Sandra". The quest did not reactivate after completing it without looking her data shard. If this is not a glitch: it's evil and I love it!
I've picked up her data shard "Operation Carpe Noctem" early and decrypted it. I assume this quest won't trigger now?
I only had 7 int still got the bonus
You actually get an extra reward if you're building into a netrunner. You need 14 int to talk shop with her and get a bonus.
