Whoever wrote this must be a few condoms short of an orgy. Why does this say "Some clothing can even provide a Street Cred bonus!" But then next to each special outfit it says "Effect NONE"? If NONE of them provide any "Effect" then NONE of them would provide a "Street Cred bonus", would they? NOPE! You can't say it will offer an "effect" and then say there is no "effect", it's either one or the other, can't be both.

I found a legendary Arasaka suit, so I guess they're available in all qualities.
I saw the Arasaka, NCPD and Militech hazmat suits for sale by the goth girl at the market in Arroyo. Went back & they weren't there, but they might pop up again.
Just confirming that both the NCPD hazmat and Arasaka hazmat suits exist (in at least common-rare quality) Arasaka Hazmat can be obtained around the docks or most places where you see people wearing them. Same goes for the NCPD but it doesn't look like its a 100% chance to get them from killing the people wearing them, Unlike Arasaka.
