New Serenne Stable can be found in Hyrule Field, near Sinakawak Shrine at the coordinates -1351, 0743, 0085.
To get there, travel to Lookout Landing Skyview Tower, launch from it, then glide northwest.
You can also get there on foot from Lookout Landing by following the road leading to Mount Gustaf and crossing Carok Bridge.

You can find wild horses to tame at the geoglyph across the stable where you will see them roaming across the field.
You can easily register any horse that you're able to tame here as the stable is very near.
