Go to the Subtropical Region, which is in West Necluda Region, where the beast sightings are suspected to be in. You can find the exact location near the Lakeside Stable.

You can teleport to Joju-u-u Shrine if you've unlocked it to get to the stable quickly!

Talk to Cima Across the Lake

Look for Cima in the Dondon Sanctuary across the lake, near the waterfall. Talk to her and get to know more about the beast.
