You can unlock the Gleeok Guts Side Quest by talking to Malena with her sick husband in their camp near the Gerudo Canyon Mine. Accept the quest and start looking for a Gleeok Guts to cure his husband!

The Gleeok Guts Side Quest is located near Gerudo Canyon Mine and slightly southeast of Gerudo Canyon Stable. You can find the quest giver, Malena, in a camp with his sick husband.

The exact coordinates for this quest on the map are -2726, -2336, 0062.

Talk to Malena

TOTK - Gleeok Guts Side Quest - Collect a Gleeok Guts

Talk to Malena who will explain that her husband is sick due to their wedding adventure. She needs a Gleeok Guts to make an effective medicine for him. Help her find one by slaying a Gleeok!

Note: If you have Gleeok Guts in your inventory, you can give it to Malena to instantly complete the side quest.

How to Get Gleeok Guts

Defeat a Gleeok

TOTK - Gleeok Guts Side Quest - Gleeok Location

You can easily find a Gleeok, specifically a Flame Gleeok, southwest of Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower near Spectacle Rock. You can go there and fight it to get a Gleeok Guts. Prepare a lot of arrows, as it will be mostly a range fight against it!

Take note that the Gleeok may not drop Gleeok Guts when you defeat it. If this happens, you'll have to look for another one or wait for a Blood Moon to respawn the one you just killed.

Return to Malena with the Gleeok Guts

TOTK - Gleeok Guts Side Quest - Reward
Return to the camp and give the Gleeok Guts to Malena. Her husband, Platt, will then hand over a Gold Rupee (300 Rupees) for your help!
