Misko's second clue pertains to Skull Lake, located in the northern part of Deep Akkala and at coordinates 3434, 3356, 0070.
Make use of Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower again or travel to Kamatukis Shrine to get there easily.
Reach the top of the pillar-like structure in the middle of Skull Lake. There you would find the entrance to the Skull Lake Cave. The coordinates of the cave are 3321, 3424, 0178.
Explore further into the cave while dealing with the Stalkoblins along the way. Aim at their heads to prevent them from resurrecting.
Eventually, you reach a part of the cave with breakable rocks. Use a blunt weapon to easily break these rocks.
Brace yourself for a miniboss fight! In the area behind the breakable rocks, there are enemies waiting for you to enter.
First, deal with the Stalmoblin and Stalkoblin before focusing on the infamous Stalnox!
Dealing with a Stalnox is similar to dealing with a normal Hinox, which is to aim for their eyes. Continue aiming at it until the eye itself falls to the ground. Make sure to follow up with a melee attack when the opportunity arises.
Circle around and just focus on taking down its eye. But also watch out for his range attacks, where he takes a piece of his skeleton body and throws it at you.
After the battle, you're now free to grab a piece of the Fierce Deity Set.

The first clue written in the message bottle is to go to Akkala Citadel Ruins, which is located around South Akkala and at coordinates 3305, 1446, 0425.
Make use of Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower or travel to Domizuin Shrine to easily get there.
The chest is hidden somewhere on the top of the mountain. Enter the ruins to get there and watch out for the patrolling Gloom Hands.
One of the easiest ways to deal with Gloom Hands is to use Dazzlefruits to stun them. Follow through with another range attack, preferably elemental, such as attaching a Bomb Flower or Chuchu Jelly to an arrow. Repeat until you've beaten them.
Another thing you can do is just get to a higher ground and simply wait for them to disappear.
On one of these ruins at coordinates 3284, 1493, 0414, there is a small hole that would lead you into the Akkala Citadel Ruins Summit Cave. Crawl through there to get to the hidden chest.
Open the chest inside to get a piece of the Fierce Deity Set.

For the last piece of the Fierce Deity Set armor set, go to the Ancient Tree Stump, which is located close to Mount Daphnes in Hyrule Field and at coordinates -1085, -0526, 0064.
Go to the middle of the giant tree stump to find the Ancient Tree Stump Cave at coordinates -1108, -0440, 0064.
Reach the bottom of the cave to find a path blocked by vines. You will encounter a Like Like near the area, but you can decide whether to engage it or not. Either way, use fire to burn the vines and head further inside the cave.
To easily deal with a Like Like, use fire to expose its core. Once the core is exposed, hit it to make it stagger. Continue following up with melee attacks to defeat it.
Inside, you will find a giant root extending upward. Make your way up until you see another path blocked by vines.
Use fire again to burn the vines blocking your path. The exact location of these vines are at coordinates -1101, -0534, 0034.
Open the chest to obtain the last piece for your set!

As one who completed the Fierce Deity Set, Misko deems you worthy to wield the Fierce Deity Sword. Open the chest and obtain your reward!
