The Phantom Helmet is found in a chest inside Puffer Beach Overhead Cave. To get there, you can use the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide southwest to the edge of the map at the coordinates 0268, -3845, 0043.
The entrance to the cave is on the ceiling of the rock formations on Puffer Beach. Use Zonai Devices like the Zonai Spring or Zonai Rocket to get to the cave.
Continue heading deeper into the cave and you will find a chest that contains the Phantom Helmet.

To get the Phantom Armor, go to the Tamio River Downstream Cave, which is on the end of the river in Tabantha Frontier, southwest of Satori Mountain.
Head into the cave until you see a breakable wall on the right side just before the end of the cave. Destroy the wall using a Bomb Flower or strong weapon, and open the chest to get the Phantom Armor.

To get the Phantom Greaves, go to the Eastern Barrens on the east side of Gerudo Desert. You can get there using the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and gliding south.
There you will find multiple quicksands that you can enter to reach the Ancient Altar Ruins. Enter the middle sink hole to reach the room where you can find the chest that contains the Phantom Greaves.

There are no set bonuses given when equipping all pieces of the Phantom Set.

All the pieces of the Phantom Set cannot be upgraded, but has a relatively high base defense stat for a non-upgradable armor.
This makes it a great early-game armor set to obtain when you just started the game as you don't have an abundant supply of materials and Rupees, as well as access to Great Fairy Fountains to upgrade your other armor sets.
