Talk to Buldo at Goron City's center to initiate The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes quest. It will become available after completing Yunobo of Goron City main quest.

How to Complete The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes
1. Talk to Bludo
2. Go to Lizard's Burrow
3. Claim the Treasure

Talk to Bludo

TotK - Talk to Bludo

Bludo will mention an old rhyme which leads to a cave in between the two lizard lakes in the Eldin region. The cave in question is called the Lizard's Burrow.

Go to Lizard's Burrow

Lizar

Lizard's Burrow is located between the two lizard lakes with coordinates (2203, 3077, 0406).

The cave is blocked with stone rubble. You can use explosions to blow up the rubble blocking the entrance, or use Yunobo's skill to blast your way inside.

Claim the Treasure

TotK - Claim the Treasure

The treasure chest is found inside the cave at coordinates (2283, 2992, 0407). You will receive the Vah Rudania Divine Helm and this will finish the quest.
