How to Use Sacrificial Heart

Sacrifice at the Ritual Site

The Sacrificial Heart is used by interacting with a ritual altar in Aggorat. Depending on your randomized instance, the altar is located on the leftmost or rightmost side upon entering the area.

Once you reach the altar, defeat the elite blocking the way, pick up the Sacrificial Dagger on the altar, place the Sacrificial Heart and then stab it. You will then receive two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points.
