How to Use Sacrificial Heart

Sacrifice at the Ritual Site

The Sacrificial Heart is used by interacting with a ritual altar in Aggorat. Depending on your randomized instance, the altar is located on the leftmost or rightmost side upon entering the area.

Once you reach the altar, defeat the elite blocking the way, pick up the Sacrificial Dagger and select the Blood Sacrifice option on the altar. You will then receive two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points.

The Sacrificial Heart gives an extra two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points when used in Cruel difficulty of Act 3.

Reset Instance to Spawn New Enemies

If the Sacrificial Heart did not drop after clearing the area, you can reset the instance by using a waypoint, then hit control + left click on Aggorat on the map to create a new instance. This will spawn a new map with fresh enemies.
