Profane Mindcage is a new Rare Elixir that you can acquire in Helltides for Diablo 4 (D4). Read on to learn more about how to get and use Profane Mindcage!
List of Contents
The Profane Mindcage can be dropped by Hellborne monsters. These Hellbornes only show up after surviving Threat Level 3 during Helltides. Keep in mind that you need to be at least World Tier 3 or higher for the Profane Mindcage to have a chance to drop.
Helltide Event Guide
You can consume the Profane Mindcage by accessing it from your player inventory. It will be found in the inventory Consumable Tab after you pick one up.
As of patch 1.5.0, the Profane Mindcage can now stack up to three times, allowing enemies to be 30 levels higher than you. You can use this method to level up faster in Helltide. The reason for this is due to the XP scaling which is now increased to 30 levels instead of 10.
Use the Profane Mindcage as soon as you join a Helltide since it increases the Aberrant Cinder drop rates. Collect as many cinders as you can to open Tortured Gifts within the area. Remember that it also increases the enemy levels by 10 so tread carefully.
