Update 2.0 ruined operating systems, I mean. This monowire build is SUPPOSED to be paired with a QuiaNT Mk. 4 Sandevistan, but now it's ruined because update 2.0 erased it.
Can we still see the builds before Phantom Liberty? It totally ruined operating systems.
Meh, the gif shows how the build can just soak up bullets. Either the build was made against very weak enemies or easy difficulty...
The blunt monowire build is obsolete since 1.5, we're into 1.6 at the point i wrote this. Monowire uses blade (reflexes) now, it's damage is buffed by reflexes and anything that boosts blade damage. The typical katana or mantis blade package has a ton of overlap and should work, but with more focus towards crit and less on attack speed to allow the monowires charge ability the chance to power up before striking. Monowires stealth ability is spotty but can be used stealthily in some situations
