Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Walkthrough Comments
After trying to maximize the mod slots, by reloading the spot just before I kill him, I've noticed he wears different clothes and quality every other few times. I believe it's random.
Actually, I started the mission over and was able to get it legendary at 175.1 armor and 3 mod slots
Gig: Monster Hunt Jotaro Shobo (Tyger Claw in Kabuki) is wearing it, legendary with one mod slot. 186.5 armor, I believe these scale with your level as most the items do so YMMV. I'm at level 47. I tried reloading multiple times and it's always the same
There is a clothing vendor in pacifica. If you go there and reload a couple of times (to restock), eventually it should appear in the item list of the vendor.
