Had same glitch. Just close the game down and restart it. Don't continue, reload the last save point at main screen. Once in, the doors will open. Im on PS4. Hope this helps.
So I went through the walk the line mission as supposed to, stealthed the enemies, killed the boss. Then saved, my game crashed at this point so I reloaded my save. That's when the problems started. Somehow clipped through the gates that Pacide opens to talk to the netrunner but can't finish the mission due to the fact the gates are perma stuck with me in there. Bit of a game breaking glitch there. Only fix I had was having multiple save files further back, had to completely reset the mission xD

in my first run i too got the gun but after reload i didn't
This is completely wrong. The eddie's are from the bounty on Sasquatch, and you get more if you kill her after incapacitation. The smart pistol is a random legendary drop from her that changes every time you beat her if you reload, which I've done to see if I get different rewards. If you sneak up on her she will forget to pick up her hammer, and you'll need to look for it to obtain it.
Dunno where you got the legendary smart pistol, but it wasn't this mission from siding with the netwatch agent.
