TotK - Receiving Light of Blessing

Clearing shrines will reward you with 1 Light of Blessing. 4 Lights of Blessings are required to exchange them into a Heart Container or a Stamina Vessel.

Goddess Statue

The Goddess Statue requires 4 Light of Blessings in order to receive either a Heart Container, which increases Link's maximum hearts, or a Stamina Vessel, which increases Link's maximum stamina.
