⚫︎ Mecha Break has announced that it will settle the rankings for Season 0 on September 19. A server maintenance begins at 12 AM (UTC+8) / 9 AM (PT) / 12 PM (ET), followed by the launch of Season 1: Pulse of the Indigo Stone launches.

Mecha BREAK Overview
Mecha BREAK is a mecha hero shooter being developed by Amazing Seasun, a veteran in the Chinese gaming industry which recently developed the mobile shooter game Snowbreak: Containment Zone. It's set in an alternate version of Earth where mercenaries and global factions fight for resources in a war-torn, inhospitable planet. It features a selection of unique mechs that players can freely mod and customize to their preferences, paired with a pilot that can be personalized and controlled within a central hub.
It was initially announced during the 2023 The Game Awards. Unlike the developer's previous title, Mecha BREAK is a hero shooter that initially teased a 6v6 arena-based PvP mode. However, upon its August 2024 and February 2025 playtest, it gradually introduced new modes such as the 3v3 Ace Arena mode, and the PvPvE extraction mode Mashmak. Since its announcement, it has been active in its various social media platforms, constantly updating its players with major developments to the game.

Mecha BREAK Gameplay
Mecha BREAK has a player pilot of mech that fits general archetypes such as Attacker, Defender, Brawler, Sniper, etc. Players can customize their mechs by changing their engines, propulsion, and appearance by changing color schemes.
The player must also pick which pilot they want to use on a mech. These pilots have different stats that influence the performance of their mechs in various ways.
Combat takes place in an arena against multiple other players. Mechs can utilize their various weapons here, providing numerous gameplay styles. Positioning plays a lot in fights, as every weapon has a preferred range to operate effectively. Some weapons also have additional features to compensate for their higher risk of playing, such as melee weapons being able to parry attacks.
