You can obtain the Zonai Mirror by placing Zonai Charges or Construct Horns into Zonai Device Dispensers that have this device. The amount and type of Zonai Device dispensed is random, so be sure to prepare enough materials to farm for Zonai Mirrors.
Once you've maxed out all of your Energy Cells, you can start purchasing Zonai Mirrors from Steward Constructs at Crystal Refineries using Crystallized Charges.
The Steward Construct sells 10 of each Zonai Device and follows the restock mechanics of regular shops.

It only reflects sunlight and other mirrors. I was super disappointed, thinking that I could make a light generator for mirrors using the light zonai, but it doesn't work. What I did find out was that focused light from a mirror can kill Stalfos enemies. The sun was still out and they started coming. Then I zapped them intending to stun, and they fried instead. Though that might have something to do with my crossed mirrors (trying to make a solar weapon).

If close enough to the bulb, the mirror will focus the light given off of an activated Lightroot. Not particularly useful, but a nifty little detail, nonetheless. Presumably added for the purpose of lore.
