Use a Hydrant to Free Bazz From the Sludge

TotK Help Bazz Out

To complete the side quest, you must be able to get Bazz out of the sludge he is stuck in.

Under your Zonai Devices, take out a hydrant and position it facing the sludge. Hit the hydrant to activate it and remove the sludge.
