How to Get Zora Spear
West of Bone Pond
Travel to Jonsau Shrine in the Lanayru Wetlands Region, and head east towards the pinned location on the map above.
The Zora Spear in this area is currently wielded by a Black Bokoblin. The exact coordinates to where it is located are 2032,0025, 0009.
Defeat the Black Bokoblin to acquire the Zora Spear it is wielding.
Northwest of Tabahi Woods
Travel to Upland Zorana Skyview Tower in the Lanayru Wetlands Region, and launch yourself from there to glide southeast towards the pinned location on the map above.
The Zora Spear in this area is currently wielded by a Black Lizalfos. The exact coordinates to where it is located are 2732, 0240, 0101.
Defeat the Black Lizalfos to acquire the Zora Spear it is wielding.
Inside Chests Dropped by Like Likes in the Lanayru Region
You can get this weapon by chance inside a chest dropped by any variation of Like Likes. The chest randomly contains weapons and shields found in the region where a Like Like has dropped it.
You can reroll the content of the chest by saving before defeating the Like Like, and reloading the save if you did not get the equipment of your choice.

How to Maximize Water Warrior
The Water Warrior Passive Ability doubles both the damage of a weapon and the fuse attack power of a material attached to it when wet. This type of weapon grants one of the best damage buffs, plus it is highly durable.
You can also get the buff using Sidon's ability, or when you Fuse materials with the water attribute to the weapon, such as a Splash Fruit or an Opal.

You will only start seeing Pristine Weapon variations after finding and breaking its Decayed Version at least once before.
