Once there, free Zelda in a cage surrounded by torches. Use Ultrahand to lift the cage. After that, talk to her but you'll find out it's a Yiga Soldier disguised as Zelda.
More Yiga Footsoldiers will pop out after talking to the impostor. Defeat all of them to progress.
Ranged weapons are the best weapons against the Yiga Footsoldiers, as they will always move back and keep some distance. Hit them from a distance and melee them once they're down.
Yiga Footsoldiers are fast on their feet. Make sure not to focus on a single enemy or you will get hit from other angles.
Yiga Footsoldiers have hard-to-evade dash attacks, making them a force to reckon with. Dodge or use a shield against those attacks to avoid getting damaged and dying from the fight.
Penn will arrive at the scene after defeating all the Yiga Soliders. He will then give you your rewards for solving the mystery.
