Use the jump pad on Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower to fling yourself up in the air. Using your Paraglider, head south until you reach Bravery Island. The coordinates are: 0226, 2047, 0753
Once you reach Bravery Island, jump to the island right below you. Once you land to the island, talk to the Steward Construct and complete the diving test.
Similar to the Glide Shirt, you need to complete the test again and finish it within 35 seconds to obtain the Glide Tights.
You can rebuy the Glide Tights from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.

Did you hit yourself in the head? This is talking about Bravery Island, not Courage Island plus there's already a way how to get there by using the Skyview tower listed in the page.
