    You get the Jacket by doing a side mission in Act 3 after completing the main three missions to fix your Relic problems.

    Mister Ice’s Trousers are to the right of Tama Viewpoint, on the S shaped road, look for two police cars and a truck. https://i.imgur.com/z5f6tAd.png Kerry Eurodyne’s Glasses are in the stormdrain at the back where it ends, if you follow the outer most right wall by the dam, you’ll find a corpse. https://i.imgur.com/S43ymAi.png
