The Frostbite Headdress is found inside a chest with coordinates (-3885, 2888, -0007) in the Lake Kilsie Cave. Fast travel to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and head slightly northwest to reach the cave.
How to Get the Frostbite Headdress

1 | Fast travel to Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and use it to glide west to reach Lake Kilsie. |
2 | Keep heading north to see the Lake Kilsie Cave. You can find the entrance exactly at the northernmost area of the lake. |
3 | Use the updraft and look for the entrance covered in rocks. You can either use your bow to break the wall with bomb flowers while up in the air or land on it and use hammers instead. |

Enter the room and open the treasure chest to get the Frostbite Headdress. |

The Frostbite Shirt is found inside a chest with coordinates (-3042, 1529, 0187) in the Brightcap Cave. Fast travel to the Oromuwak Shrine and head east to reach the cave.
How to Get the Frostbite Shirt

1 | Fast travel to Oromuwak Shrine and head northwest until you see a campsite below. Drop down from the cliff to reach it. |
2 | Head to the entrance behind the campsite to access the Brightcap Cave. If you do not see a campsite around, it is likely because you have completed Cave Mushrooms That Glow side quest already. |
3 | Head to the deepest part of the cave to find the treasure chest. Make sure to bring fire weapons to burn down the surrounding thorns. |
4 | After reaching the hole, open the treasure chest to get the Frostbite Trousers. |

The Frostbite Trousers are found inside a chest with coordinates (-2906, 2570, 0402) in the Hebra Headspring Cave. Fast travel to the Wind Temple and drop down towards the Hebra Headspring, or fast travel to the Sahirow Shrine and head northeast to reach the cave.

The fastest way to reach the Hebra Headspring Cave is to drop down from the Wind Temple and glide towards the Hebra Headpsring. |
2 | Land on the northermost section of the spring to find the cave. |
3 | Find a way to reach the stone wall at the back to reach the entrance to the treasure chest. You can either create a raft with your Autobuild or make ice blocks using ice weapons to form a walkable platform. |

After removing the thorns, you can now open the treasure chest to get the Frostbite Shirt. |

Equipping the full set gives you the Cold Weather Charge effect, where charged attacks are faster during the cold weather.
Wearing the Frostbite Set will not give you Cold Resistance. Instead, you can cook Spicy Dishes to get this effect. This allows you to use the armor set in cold regions without taking any cold damage.

The total cost of materials to fully upgrade the Frostbite Set to the highest rank are 9 Ice Fruits, 15 Ice-Breath Lizalfos Horns, 15 Winterwing Butterflies, 45 Large Zonai Charges, 15 Ice Like Stones, 15 Cold Darners, 30 Chillfin Trout, 15 Gleeok Frost Horns, and 2280 Rupees. You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
