Hyrule Field Mini Stable can be found in Hyrule Field, near Riogok Shrine and Tsutsu-um Shrine at the coordinates -1687, -1663, 0020.
To get there, travel to Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, launch from it, and glide northeast, crossing Mount Nabooru until you reach Digdogg Suspension Bridge.
Since this is a mini stable, you will not be able to get all the services you'd have from other stables.
Don't expect to sleep in a bed or claim rewards with Pony Points as you can only register and board horses here.
If you want to visit a full-fledged stable, you can continue traveling north to Outskirt Stable.
