Hyrule Field

Hyrule Field Mini Stable can be found in Hyrule Field, near Riogok Shrine and Tsutsu-um Shrine at the coordinates -1687, -1663, 0020.

To get there, travel to Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, launch from it, and glide northeast, crossing Mount Nabooru until you reach Digdogg Suspension Bridge.

Tears of the Kingdom TOTK - Digdogg Suspension Bridge Mini Stable

Since this is a mini stable, you will not be able to get all the services you'd have from other stables.

Don't expect to sleep in a bed or claim rewards with Pony Points as you can only register and board horses here.

If you want to visit a full-fledged stable, you can continue traveling north to Outskirt Stable.

Jump off the bridge and while mid-air, shoot the balloon under the bridge with an arrow to reveal the Korok.

Using the Ultrahand ability, plunge the cork deep into the water, then immediately let go to pull the cork out.
