A Picture for South Akkala Stable can be unlocked by examining the empty frame in South Akkala Stable, located in the Akkala Highlands Region. Dmitri will talk and give you the side quest after that.

South Akkala Stable is located in the Akkala Highlands Region. South Akkala Stable is slightly to the southeast of Mayachideg Shrine.

How to Complete A Picture for South Akkala Stable
1. Go to Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower
2. Take a Picture of the Unity Bell
3. Return to South Akalla Stable

Go to Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower

Tears of the Kingdom - Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower Map Location

Fast travel to Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and use the launcher to fling yourself up in the sky and glide towards Tarrey Town which is located southeast of the tower.

You may also fast travel to Rasitakiwak Shrine if you have it in your map instead as it is closer to the town.

Take a Picture of the Unity Bell

Tears of the Kingdom - Unity Bell

Once you are in Tarrey Town, go to the middle of the town and prepare your Camera. Take a picture of the Unity Bell in the middle behind the Goddess Statue.

Note that you need the red exclamation point prompt saying Unity Bell to appear when taking a picture.

Return to South Akalla Stable

Tears of the Kingdom - Dmitri

Fast travel to Mayachideg Shrine and go to the South Akkala Stable and examine the empty frame. Dmitri will talk to you and there will be a prompt to give him the picture during the conversation.

Choose Take a look at this. and finish Dmitri's dialogue to complete the side quest!
