You can begin this quest by speaking to Trissa inside the general store southwest of Kakariko Village. She can be found standing at the back of the shop near the shelves.

Kakariko Village is situated at the northern part of the West Necluda region near Lantern Lake. If you have Makasura Shrine unlocked, you can fast travel there since the shrine is right beside the village.

How to Complete Codgers' Quarrel
Speak With Trissa Go to Ring Ruins Defeat All the Bokoblins Talk to the Two Workers Talk to Trissa for Your Reward

Speak With Trissa

Begin the quest by talking to Trissa inside the general store and she will tell you that two of the men who work at her shop have left to drive out monsters out of Ring Ruins north of the village. She will ask you to check up on the pair as they haven't returned yet.

Go to Ring Ruins

Exit the general store and travel north until you reach a gate where a man will stop you from entering. Climb the hill to your left until you reach the ring ruins on top.

Secret of the Ring Ruins Walkthrough

Defeat All the Bokoblins

Once you reach Ring Ruins, go to the center of it and defeat all the Bokoblins in the area. There will be a handful of them so be prepared for a tough fight! Use your strongest weapon to quickly wipe them out.

Best Weapons and Shields and How to Get Them

Talk to the Two Workers

Go to the entrance of the ruins and speak to the two workers. They'll be astounded that you've defeated the monsters without breaking a sweat.

After the conversation ends they'll head back to the general store.

Talk to Trissa for Your Reward

Return to the general store and talk to Trissa to receive an Endura Carrot for your reward for checking up on the two men.
