How to Get to Mining Cave
Head East From In-Isa Shrine
Fast travel to In-Isa Shrine and start heading southeast until you reach Pondside Cave. You'll encounter Soldier Constructs and a Chuchu Jelly on your way to the cave, so be careful.
Enter Pondside Cave and keep venturing deeper until you reach the exit on the other side of the cave. At the exit are three Constructs by the river bank.
Use Ultrahand to create a makeshift raft using logs and a Zonai Fan. Then, place your raft on the water and ride it to reach the other side of the river. From there, climb the stairs up the mountain to reach the entrance to Mining Cave.
Use Brightblooms to Light the Way
Parts of the Mining Cave are very dark, so much so that Link will be unable to see enemies or terrain. Use Brightblooms to light the area by attaching them to arrows or simply attacking the seeds with a weapon.

Bubbulfrog Coordinates
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at 0401, -1686, 1385 within Mining Cave.
It can be seen on the ceiling in the dark room where three Constructs are processing Zonaites. Be sure to tilt your camera up when you reach this room so you won't miss the Bubbulfrog.
