A Picture for Snowfield Stable can be unlocked by examining the Empty Frame in Snowfield Stable which is located in the Hebra Mountains Region. Varke will give you the side quest afterward.
The Snowfield Stable is located in the Hebra Mountains Region. Snowfield Stable is in the south of Orochium Shrine.
The exact coordinates for this quest on the map are -1650, 2572, 0234.

How to Complete A Picture for Snowfield Stable |

1. Use the Launcher in Rospro Pass Skyview Tower 2. Glide Towards the Cedar Tree in Talona Peak 3. Go to the Edge of the Peak 4. Take a Picture of the Giant Bird Landscape 5. Return to Snowfield Stable |
Varke needs a picture of a giant bird with wings stretched wide
in Talonto Peak. Talonto Peak is located northeast of the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower.
Since it is the closest Skyview Tower to Talonto Peak, fast travel to Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and use the launcher to fling yourself to the sky.

From the sky, glide towards the northeast of the Skyview Tower specifically to Talonto Peak at the coordinates -3147, 2707, 0568.
Go towards the top of the mountain where a lone cedar tree is located.
At the top, go to the edge of the peak and look to the left to see the giant bird with wings stretched wide
.
It's time to capture an image of the giant bird with wings stretched wide
using a Camera. Make sure that it isn't snowing when trying to take an image of the giant bird.
Note that you need the red exclamation point prompt saying Bird with outstretched wings to appear when taking a picture.
After taking the picture, teleport back to Orochium Shrine and go to Snowfield Stable to examine the empty frame.
Varke will talk to you and there will be a prompt to give him the picture during the conversation. Choose Does this picture work? and finish the dialogue with Varke to complete the sidequest!
