Okayyy so Manny emphasized that she can't just ask Ivee directly. Let's do exactly that ourselves!

You can find her in front of the General Store, just across Cece's Shop. Talk to Ivee and ask her what she likes.

Tell Manny what Ivee Likes

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TotK - Manny asking for Hot-Footed Frogs

Return to where Manny is and tell him what you learned. He will then ask you to gather just 10 Hot-Footed Frogs (phew that was a close one).

Hot-Footed Frogs are commonly found in caves and wells, especially around the parts where there is water. You can actually find a lot of them in the pond in front of the school!

Give Manny the frogs to complete the quest and receive 10 Rushrooms!
