You will need a low-budget Hover Bike to travel the sky and get to the tablets. It's only composed of 3 Zonai Devices, which are two Fans and a Steering Stick.
If you have Autobuild, you can also create it using 9 Zonaites if you save the Hover Bike to your Autobuild.
Riding a vehicle consumes energy. It will consume more if multiple devices are attached to your vehicle. It will be important to increase as it will be needed to fly the vehicle when hunting all the stone tablets in the sky.
You can always use a Zonai Charge to recover energy instantly if you don't have enough materials to increase it!
How to Increase Energy
Aside from riding a vehicle in the sky, you will also be gliding a lot to reach the stone tablets. It's better if you have it to the max so you can save up a few Stamina-recovery dishes or elixirs.
How to Increase Maximum Stamina
Having several Stamina-recovering food and elixirs will also help you when trying to get a picture of all the tablets. The easiest one you can make is an Energizing Elixir using a Restless Crickets and any monster parts in your inventory.

For this part, you need to get the Zora Armor to reach the Stone Tablet quickly. You can get it by following the Sidon of the Zora questline.
You can still do this part without the Zora Armor, but it will take more time and resources to get to the tablet.
Head to Rabella Highlands Skyview Tower and boost yourself in the sky.
If you have the Zora Armor, you can go to the waterfall on the east and land on the island at the top. If you don't have the Zora Armor, go east instead and land on the island where Kumamayn Shrine is located.
The tablet's location has more elevation than the island you're standing on, whether you're on the waterfall's island or Kumamayn Shrine.
If you're on the waterfall, you can make a simple flying device, like a Balloon with a Flame Emitter and a Cart, to make it to the tablet.
If you're on the shrine, you can build a Hover Bike or a plane to get to the tablet.
Use your camera to take a picture of the stone tablet. Follow it to the ground if you didn't take a shot in time!

You can also build a Hover Bike or a plane and head east. It requires a large energy capacity to make it there, but you can always replenish your energy using Zonai Charges!
Take out your camera and snap a picture of the stone tablet. Follow it to the ground if it falls!
