Speak with Domidak and Prissen Outside of Cephla Lake Cave

Talk to Domidak and Prissen after completing the Misko's Cave of Chests side quest. They can be found outside of Cephla Lake Cave, talking about Misko's old manuscripts. They will sell you the information for 100 Rupees. Accept the deal to unlock the side quest.

Eldin Canyon - Cephla Lake Cave

The side quest begins just outside of Celpha Lake Cave and will require you to go to the Dueling Peaks South Cave. The Duel Peaks South Cave is located in the West Necluda, in the inner area of the Dueling Peaks. From the Celpha Lake Cave, travel across Hyrule towards the southern side of the map.

The exact coordinates for this quest on the map are 2603, 1319, 0150.

Misko's Treasure: Twins Manuscript Walkthrough Guide

Go to the Dueling Peaks North Cave

Head to the Dueling Peaks North Cave at coordinates 1190, -1861, 0157. You can find the cave on the upper middle part of the smaller hill on Dueling Peaks.

Defeat the Enemies Inside the Cave

There are two Horriblins hanging from the cave ceiling. Use a bow and aim at their heads to bring them down, then finish with a melee attack.

Take a Photo of the Puzzle Solution

Head deeper into the cave and you will see a puzzle solution written on the ceiling at coordinates 1252, -1772, 0149.

Use the Camera feature to take a photo since this will be used to solve a puzzle later on.

Go to the Dueling Peaks South Cave

Directly in front of the North cave, just slightly higher, you will see the Dueling Peaks South Cave at coordinates 1185, -1942, 0246.

Defeat the Like Like

Inside the cave, you will see a Like Like hanging from a wall. You can defeat it easily by shooting at it with a Bomb Flower-infused arrow to expose its core, then hitting the core with your strongest weapon.

Go Deeper into the Cave

Climb the wall where you just defeated the Like Like to get to the puzzle location.

Solve the Puzzle

Using the image you got from the North Cave as reference, use it as a guide to solve the puzzle in the South Cave. Use the Ultrahand ability to place the rocks accordingly.

Get Tingle's Shirt

After solving the puzzle, a door will open, and you'll be able to get the Tingle's Shirt from the chest.
