How to Get the Barbarian Leg Wraps
Burn Ice Containing Chest in Walnot Mountain Cave, East Necluda

Go to the Walnot Mountain Cave in East Necluda
You can reach Walnot Mountain Cave in one of three ways. You can glide southwards from Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, you can teleport to Zanmik Shrine and walk east, or you can teleport to Hateno Ancient Tech Lab and walk a short distance east.
Look for a waterfall near a small pool with a cave off to the right side. This is the entrance to Walnot Mountain Cave.

Defeat the Enemies Inside Walnot Mountain Cave
Once inside the cave, follow the path along the right ledge. Be mindful of the Horriblins you'll find along the way!
Keep following the ledge until you see a large block of ice with an Ice Like nearby. Head towards the Ice Like. Once near the Ice Like, look across the gap to see the shrine containing the Barbarian's Leg Wraps.
Melt the Ice to Access the Chest Containing Barbarian Leg Wraps
Initially, the chest containing the Leg Wraps will be encased in ice. Light a bonfire as close as you to the ice by dropping Wood and igniting it with either a Flint or a Fire Fruit-fused arrow!
Wait for the ice to melt to claim your Barbarian's Leg Wraps!
Rebuy from Cece for 4000 Rupees
You can rebuy the Barbarian Leg Wraps from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.

You can change the color of your Barbarian Leg Wraps by going to the Kochi Dye Shop at Hateno Village and talking to Sayge.
