The Great Abandoned Central Mine shop sells up to 30 Crystallized Charges, as well as up to 5 Large Crystallized Charges which count as 20 each, but require Large Zonaite to buy. This is the best location to buy Crystallized Charges, as you can Fast Travel here as well, so take all your Zonaite to this one-stop shop.
Best of all, you can also find a single Huge Crystallized Charge in a chest here worth 100 Crystallized Charges.

The Mining Cave is perhaps the most accessible Forge Constructs in the game. However, the shop won't restock until some time passes, so it's inefficient to try to use this shop to buy the required number of Crystallized Charges for an Energy Well.
However, advancing the time forward through sleeping can help you force a fast restock.

Abandoned Hateno Mine shop also sells Crystallized Charges. The mine is near Kimnaz Lightroot which is located in East Necluda Depths.
Defeating Black Hinox, Frox, and Stalnox can get you one large crystallized charge, equivalent to 20 crystallized charges. These enemies are often found deep inside the Depths, so make sure active Lightroots or bring Brightbloom Seeds when fighting these giants.
How to Light Up Dark Areas
Defeating Temple Bosses in the depths can get you Huge Crystallized Charges which is equivalent to 100 crystalized charges. However, you can only do this once even with Blood Moon resets.
List of All Bosses and Minibosses
You can Large Crystallized Charges from Yiga Clan Camps. Each camp will have one treasure room that you'll need to unlock by defeating Yiga Clan Members and taking their matching seals to open these rooms. Along with the Large Crystallized Charges, you can also get Yiga Schematics from these locked rooms that you can add to your autobuild library. However, like Temple Bosses, chest rewards from these rooms will not respawn.
Autobuild Guide
There are hundreds of Zonaite Camps in the Depths with mining spots that can drop Large Zonaite. These spots are heavily guarded by enemies, but defeating them will also force them to drop Zonaite.

A Steward Construct outside of Nachoyah Shrine on the Great Sky Island will trade an Energy Well for 100 Crystallized Charges. The Energy Well will expand the Energy Cell which is used to power Zonai Devices, reducing the need to use Zonai Charges as frequently.
To reach this area, you'll first need to have completed the main quest The Closed Door and obtained the Recall ability from the Temple of Time.
The Lookout Landing also has a Steward Construct that can expand your Energy Cell. You can find it behind the walls of the town, specifically behind Purah's Research Lab or east of the north entrance.
How to Increase Battery Size and Energy Cells
# | How to Restock Crystallized Charges |
---|---|
1 | Buy all the Crystallized Charges you need from the Forge Construct. |
2 | Without leaving the area, make a campfire and pass the time to the next day. Make sure to hit the 24 hours mark to do a full day time skip. Passing from morning to noon or noon to evening will not reset the Forge Construct. |
3 | Drop a hard save after passing the time. Reload the save file after and check if the store has restocked. If not, it is possible that you did not hit the 24 hours mark and will have to pass time again. |
4 | Buy all the Crystallized Charges you need and repeat Step #2 and Step #3 if you need more! |
Alternatively, you can also stay in stables or towns and settlements inns to pass time. Although this will cost you rupees, it serves a good alternative to move on to the next day if you do not have any wood with you to make campfires.
When you first get the choice to buy Crystallized Charges for Zonaite in the Mining Cave, you don't need to buy them yet. At this point, you can only purchase 10, and 100 Crystallized Charges are needed to buy a single Energy Well, so any that you buy here won't be doing you much good for a long while.
In the Depths, you can find another shop in the Great Underground Central Mine as part of the A Mystery in the Depths Main Quest. You will need to defeat Master Kohga first before you can buy anything from the Forge Construct.
The Forge Construct will sell up to 30 Crystallized Charges, as well as up to 5 Large Crystallized Charges which count as 20 each, but require Large Zonaite to buy. This also is the first point where buying an Energy Well will be accessible, so you don't need to worry about buying Crystallized Charges until you reach this location.
