The Miner's Trousers is found inside a chest with coordinates (-1299, -2245, -0707) in the Hylia Canyon Mine. Fast travel to the Koradat Lightroot and head west, or drop down the Great Plateau West Chasm and head southeast to reach the mine.

The total cost of materials to fully upgrade the Miner Set to the highest rank are 90 Brightbloom Seeds, 15 Brightcaps, 105 Giant Brightbloom Seeds, 30 Deep Fireflies, 15 Glowing Cave Fish, 30 Large Zonaite, 9 Diamonds, and 2280 Rupees. You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
