Use the Jump Pad in Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and Glide to Necluda Sky Archipelago

Fast travel to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and use the launcher to launch yourself into the sky. Glide towards Necluda Sky Archipelago, specifically to the waterfall located at 2706, - 1374, 0819.

Equip the Zora Armor to swim up the waterfall.

Attach the Rockets to the Platform and Go to Zonaite Forge Island

Once at the top, defeat the enemy Construct at the top of the platform. On the platform, there will be Zonai Rockets you can attach to the platform using Ultrahand. Use the platform and go to the Zonaite Forge Island located at 2425, - 1673, 1475.

Go Down the Hole at Zonaite Forge Island

Activate the Zonaite terminal upon arrival. This should activate multiple updrafts that you can use to go to the top. Once at the top of the island, go down the hole and avoid the lasers within it. You can easily avoid the lasers by equipping the Glide Set

Go Behind the Yansamin Shrine and Ascend to the Ceiling

Once at the bottom, go behind the Yansamin Shrine. There should be a lava and a ceiling you can Ascend to.

Use a Zonai Hydrant to make a small platform out of the lava and stand on it. Use Ascend on the ceiling above it. Open the chest to receive the armor.

Rebuy from Cece for 4000 Rupees

You can rebuy the Zonaite Waistguard from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
