Description | A mask with wind-resistant design that allows for steadier gliding while the wearer plummets from the sky. |
Armor Effect | Skydive Mobility Up |
Get the Glide Mask as a reward for completing Valor Island's Dive Ceremony. You can reach Valor Island by fast traveling to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and launching yourself up in the sky to reach the series of sky islands, with Valor Island as the last island. You can also reach the island by fast traveling to the Water Temple and glide towards the island.

1 | You can reach the Valor Island from the Water Temple. Simply head to the highest point and of the temple and glide towards the island. Make sure to bring stamina-boosting food as there no nearby sky islands you can rest on to recharge. You can also use the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower if you haven't unlocked the temple yet. |
2 | After reaching the island, talk to the steward construct to participate in the Dive Ceremony. You will be rewarded with the Glide Mask after. |

You can get the Glide Shirt as a reward by completing Courage Island's Dive Ceremony. You can reach the island by fast traveling to Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, launching yourself up in the sky, and gliding towards the island as it's fairly close.

Bonus Effect Description | Negates fall damage. |
Equipping the full set gives you the Impact Proof effect, which removes fall damage no matter how high you are up in the sky.
Upgrading the Glide Set to 2 Stars can negate any fall damage you take regardless of height. This means that you can dive from any height and not take any significant damage on landing.

The total cost of materials to fully upgrade the Glide Set to the highest rank are 24 Keese Wings, 42 Aerocuda Eyeballs, 48 Aerocuda Wings, 24 Gibdo Wings, 36 Gleeok Wings, and 2280 Rupees. You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
