Pyper is currently missing on the troupe, stalling them from their quest to the Great Fairy. You can find him in the Highland Stable in Faron, on top of the tree nearby.

You can only make Pyper go back to the troupe by doing his quest. It is a separate quest, named The Flute Player's Plan.

Return to Mastro

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TOTK - Serenade to Kaysa Pyper Returned

Once Pyper's quest is done, go back to Mastro and talk to him. He'll mention another problem that needs addressing, which is their transportation.

Assemble an Off-Road Vehicle

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TOTK - Serenade to Kaysa Build a Vehicle

Build a vehicle that can go over the rocky road that will lead to the Great Fairy. You can use the pre-built vehicle in the area, but you can add a steering wheel for an easier driving.

Attach the wagon on top and talk to Mastro after building the vehicle.

Take the Troupe to the Great Fairy

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TOTK - Serenade to Kaysa Route to the Great Fairy

Drive towards the Great Fairy once everything is settled. Drive carefully on the rocky road and the slope up ahead. This quest will end upon reaching the Great Fairy.

Note: Tilting the vehicle too much will cause the passengers to fall out, so try not to go on steep slopes. You will be forced to restart once that happens!
