You can find Quince near a campfire just after passing the Digdogg Suspension Bridge, worrying for his friends safety. Talking to him will trigger the quest to start.
The exact coordinates for this quest on the map are -1660, -2013, -0015.

How to Complete Disaster in Gerudo Canyon |

Quince will tell you that his still group hasn't came back from Gerudo Canyon and asks you to help him find them, and by help him he means head out alone and find his friends.
Naia is a Gerudo guarding the Gerudo Canyon Pass and will not let you go through unless you answer her questions correctly.

She will give you a Spicy Pepper upon answering all her questions right. With this, you can now go through the Gerudo Canyon Pass.
Prepare yourself with Heat Resistance and Cold Resistance as you venture out the Gerudo Canyon. The weather here is almost the same in the Gerudo Desert.
The first traveler can be found in the Starly Plateau Cave with coordinates (-1528, -2221, -0018). Defeat the Fire-Breath Lizalfos at the entrance of the cave.
The traveler is hiding behind the rock on the back of the cave. Upon talking to him, two Fire-Breath Lizalfos will spawn. Defeat them so he can safely go back to his friends
Follow the road until you see smoke from a campfire with the coordinates (-1895, 2356, -0001), and there you can find the second traveler. He looks a bit dehydrated and needs a Splash Fruit.
After you give him one, he'll return to his friends, thanking you for your troubles.
Go back to the intersection and head to the roads towards the cliff. Follow the road again until you see another smoke from a campfire. You will find the third traveler there with coordinates (-2196, -1866, 0152).
He asks you to give him a Spicy Pepper to help him warm up. He will return to his friends once you give him the Spicy Pepper.
Go back to Digdogg Suspension Bridge and talk to Quince together with his friends.
As thanks for all your help in finding three of his friends that were lost in the dangerous area of Gerudo Canyon, where even the entrance to it needs a guard because of how dangerous it is, he rewards you with 10 Bomb Flowers...
