You can get the Climber's Bandanna inside a chest with coordinates (3726, 0492, 0309) in the Ploymus Mountain Cave. Fast travel to the Ihen-a Shrine and head west to reach the cave.

You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
