Fast travel to Kiuyoyou Shrine and go east towards Aldor Foothills.
Once you've reached Aldor Foothills, you will see the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch cave. Go inside towards the middle and the Yiga Blademaster will start talking.
The Yiga Blademaster and the Yiga Footsoldier will commence their attack. Be sure to equip armor with high defense as their attacks will hurt.
You can utilize the floor wind attack that the Yiga Blademaster uses and use it to glide upwards to do a bow bullet time to slow down time midair so that you can aim your bow on the enemies' heads to do critical hits!
Once you defeat the Yiga Clan, look up the ceiling and find a square hole, use Ascend to go up the square hole.
Once you're at the top, talk to Aliza to receive the Yiga Tights.
You can rebuy the Yiga Tights from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.
