Level two stealth armor upgrade is 5 blue nightshade and 5 sunset fireflies each. Level 3 stealth armor upgrade is 8 silent shroom, 5 sneaky river snail, 5 stick frog each
The stealth suit first upgrade requires blue nightshade 3 for each piece (9 in total). First upgrade Standard Hylian armor requires bokoblin horns 5 per piece (15 in total). The glider suit first upgrade requires keese wings, I don’t remember how many sorry.
